Helical Tomotherapy is a new system which combines the features of a conventional CT scanner which has assembled a linear accelerator and multileaf collimator dual system that continuously, are turning 360 degrees while the table which places the patient moves longitudinally, thereby generating a continuous treatment and helical, forming the radiation dose in different sizes with precision.
