Well this program needs no introduction, I've tried, and in my personal opinion, has a pleasant style, among its novelties are: 1 - Multiple Points of Presence Suport - Now you can connect to Messenger v9 from several different places and without logging out, in previous versions if you log into a pc and then did the same in other closed the session in one of them.
2 - Signature sounds - Make signatures sound rather than just graphics (sounds pretty interesting)
3 - Sounds of identification for each contact - choose a sound for each of your contacts
4 - animated avatars - you can use animated Gif Image Display
5 - Links to your nick message - Links in the status message
6 - Block unwanted spam and messaging
7 - Dragging multiple items in the window dialog
8 - Multi-conversation in video calls
9 - You can add users from other messenger services
